Your Right to Return

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items without giving a reason.

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer an extended 30-day returns window from the date of delivery.
Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition

• In the original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us in writing within 30 days of delivery:

• Subject line: “Return Request – Order #[your order number]”

We will respond within 2 working days with return instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been used or have damaged/missing packaging may not be eligible for a return.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
